PRIDE

Your demise may come as a surprise to all
But me! I saw that beast long ago
Lurking within shadows of fame undeserved
Unreservedly you parade proudly,
Head held highly,
Your chest beaten with fists befitting
A terror beast, side stepping, swaying to a
Treble ridden beat, the bass creates mass panic
Hysteria, masses that get manic,
Hype at first sight!
Goliath for the Philistines, silly lines you spit
On you I spit as karma slays you to sleep
One hit off David's sling;
Your bling is no more; You sing no more;
Prince Naseem you resemble; deja-vu
I recognise the song, pride comes before a fall!

Hello : Goodbye

Salutation from my station broadcasting
To 'broads' seven days a season,
Broad daylight to dusk to midnight
Might I add; staring at stars as I stir
Seasoning ur senses, sprinkling some suave
Scrubbing in some stupendous comedy!
Silly smiles make u seem swept off...
Off u go into 'planet infatuation'
In fact and as a matter of fact
You call it love at first sight! But
Your sight might be flawed and
Your jaw off the floor you should pick
Dissect the situation and move past salutation
Determination to succeed separate from
Desperation as this indeed is; You hour of need!
My heart bleeds as my mind feeds off yours
Crack by crack into a million pieces she goes!

REALITY

In my heart, I love you
In my head you're the best;
The greatest thing to ever happen...
But in my mind,
The reality of the 'real world'
The reality of what will be...
Grips me and reminds me
'Forever' is a hard fight;
A dangerous one I could end up losing
